Each member company: Our branch has been reporting to the provincial transportation department, provincial highway management department, and municipal overloading control office regarding some issues that arise during on-site and off-site law enforcement in road overloading control. Recently, the above-mentioned departments have conducted research and sorted out the effective records of non site law enforcement for the control of overloading that have not yet been processed. They have decided to impose reduced penalties on those who voluntarily accept punishment. The relevant policies are hereby announced as follows: 1、 Concentrate on a one month processing period. For non on-site law enforcement violations of overloading control that occurred before November 28, 2017, it is required to be dealt with from November 28, 2017 to December 28, 2017 (one month). Those who voluntarily accept punishment will be given policy incentives to reduce the punishment. 2、 Set a two month transition period. For non on-site law enforcement violations of overloading control that occurred between November 28, 2017 and January 28, 2018, those who voluntarily accept punishment will be given policy incentives to reduce their punishment; Those who fail to actively accept punishment and go through road inspections shall be punished according to the standards of the "Regulations on the Management of Overloaded Transport Vehicles Driving on Highways". Please ask all member companies to promptly check the records of vehicle overloading and non site law enforcement violations, and actively accept processing within the prescribed time. Early processing and proactive measures should be taken to avoid any lingering effects that may affect transportation and production. This is to inform you.
